Who doesn’t love guacamole? It’s a great dip and goes well with just about anything. So let me give you guys my favorite guacamole recipe and I dare you to not find this delicious. And also, because of those avocados, this is good for you too!!! 

  1. Take 3 avocados, peel them and take out the pit. Throw them in a bowl to mash. 
  2. Add the juice of 1 lime, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1-2 pinches of ground cayenne pepper. Throw that in the bowl and mash it all up as well. Keep mashing until the consistency is what you like. 
  3. Dice 1/2 cup of onions, dice 2 Roma tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, and 3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro and add them all into the bowl as well.
  4. Mix them up together and then cover and refrigerate for one hour!

Serve with whatever you like.
